I need advice, bear with me its a little complicated.
My now ex husband met an American woman on the Internet. He then left me, met her and married her in England. She is living in America and is looking for work over here. He lives in England.
I presume they are applying for her to be a British Resident. As I understand it he has to provide a financial report to prove he is able to support her, even if she works over here. Is this correct?
If he declared his full Naval Pension to the Immigration people knowing full well a claim has been made by me for Pension Sharing Order and he has not declared this, is this classed as falsifying his income as his Pension will be reduced by half?
Also how much do you have to have as income to support a foreign wife?
Do I get in touch with the relevant people to tell them of my concerns? It is partly, I admit a bit of revenge!!!!!

Dear God I do not want him back, never have.I appreciate your advice but you really do not know the whole vile story. I am not sure yet if I will be doing this anyway. Thank you for the advice though

I really advise against doing this. You have every right to be angry and hurt, hun but please dont stoop to their level. I am so sorry that he did that to you. All i can say is, Karma is a *****. He will get his, i promise. Do not be the one to open a can of worms, bc that makes you the bad guy. Also, this is a legal matter and getting involved is risky for you as well. I would steer clear of them and that situation. What happened to you is horrible but its time to move on. Sabotaging them isnt going to bring him back to you. Move on and try to focus on more positive things.
EDIT: If you dont want him back then why sabotage him? You have a lot of bitterness in your heart( rightfully so!) but come on, your acting childish. I am not condoning what he has done to you, its horrible but you are not being the better person. Mind your own business and move on! If they want to marry, they will find a way and your butting in isnt going to stop them. They can easily marry in the USA and move her here after that. |
