My husband married me under false pretence, deception to gain peremenant indefinate leave to remain in UK, married in 2002, got his ILR in 2006, he left the marrital home for a few months, returned the latter end of yr 2006. removed wedding ring, in an adulterous relationship with third party and still is to date. His mistress has caused so much harrassment and still my husband refuse to divorce me, NB: we have been seperated since 2007 to date! Is it possible to have the marriage over turned on grounds of deception, has i have just found out he only married mi to get his status, but was cheating on me throughtout, does not and has never supported me, and wants 50% of my house, even though he owns property abroad, but not in this country, there are no children involved in the marriage, although estranged husband has several children with diferent women, two of whom are minors, whom he is trying to bring into the UK to reside with him and third party whom has four children of her own, one of whom is a minor. She is unemployed, he his self employed, is claiming unemplyment benefit and also working on the side, cash in hand jobs, inc his new partner (benefit cheats)! Is it possible to over turn the ILR and get divorce or marriage annuled, has estranged husband lied , in denial still his, and lots of lies and deception by his own admission. I have since lost my job by lies against me, which resulted in me losing my main source of income and about to lose my house.
