the only 'checkpoint' is at the actual border entrances - in washington there's a couple but the most popular is the peace arch, in blaine, wa, which connects to i5 that stretches all the way down the coast. by road, you will go through a checkpoint at the border. they are chill. when i was 17 me and my friends drove back through the border with a bunch of booze in the car. we actually had to get my car checked (which is very rare, they probably thought we were some kids bringing meth in or something), they ignored the booze and said we could bring our leftovers from lunch in vancouver over the border. |
