I just recently got married to my husband who is from Mexico... but he did not come here with a visa.... I'm pregnant and am currently going to school.... so money is kind of hard to come by. If there is anyway I can just get the proper forms needed without a lawyer in order for him to have a greencard or visa or something to make it so he won't be deported.... I know where to find the forms but Im not sure what forms are needed and also Im not sure about him not having a visa or anything... if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be fantastic!

so if I make an appointment at the local i.c.e office .... just for information.... is it possible they might take my husband away if I explain my problem.... or will they just advice me in which forms and how the process works.....

he has to go home to mexico an wait for you to file for him but if you are not working you will be denied because you will not meet financial requerments

all the forms you need are at the local i.c.e office. call them they will immediately send out a immigration Representative who will help you and your husband with the filing.please do this today ,its possible your husband could get caught and deported.

If he came here without a visa he can not change status in the US. He will have to leave and be banned for 10 years. You could try to get him a waiver after he leaves but it's expensive and you need a lawyer. With a waiver he might be back in as little as 2 years.
