All American visas are given out to all countries and are given in quotas so each country has a right to be have some of their population in the US.

However, to say someone is racist because they believe an immigrant should follow the US law is ridiculous.

They is a big difference from a traffic fine and someone illegally entering a country, and using a stolen/fake SSN to work, that action is criminal.

Being racist is when you are against someone because of the color of their skin or where they are from or what they beliefs are NOT if they have entered this country incorrectly

This is a legal issue not a racial one. Always has been and it will continue to be until our country stands up and refuses to be taken advantage of by our politicians and oil men. No one I know wants to be invaded by a bunch of non English speaking people who will not be an asset to our nation's growth intellectually. Regardless of race or country of origin, these illegals are nothing but bums who want to live off of our hard work and generous policies. I promise I've never tried to enter any country illegally or tried to take anything that was not mine. I, therefore, have the right to resent the hell out of these moochers!

That's awfully convenient, Mr. Illegal. I've found that when someone falsely cries "racism" as you are, they are trying to mask their own actions...and usually those actions are illegal.

Is it racism when mexico wants to uphold it's own immigration policies? Immigration law applies to everyone equally therefore it is not based on race, however it seems to be mexicans that are the violators of immigration law.

Immigration is about wanting to change your citizenship to another country. Illegal immigration is about illegally residing in another country. I know most immigrants and most illegals will belong to races that aren't considered the 'norm' in America but it's not inherently about racism to talk about them if it's done in a polite manner. If you single them out on account of race, then it is racist.

A lot of people do bend, stretch and break laws on a regular basis, but illegals break several laws on a daily basis, to the detriment of those who are here legally. I don't fault them for coming (much), I fault the US government for not enforcing the law.

some do make it that way.. i know a couple that are on here and they know who they are too.....i agree and ive said that in a couple of answers and guess what it got deleted...but i wrote the the abuse site and told them the question and the answer.....but i can bet the question itself is going to be removed
