Immigration question regarding my fiance's H1B?

My Fiance is working in the usa under his final 3 year h1b visa,he has applied for his green card, i would like to join him in the USA, is there any visa i can apply for under him.

Once he has his green card yes. He can sponsor you for a fiance visa then, but better if you get married and he applies for a spouse visa at that time.

If you get married now you can get an H-4 visa that allows you to come to the US but not to work.

You can apply for H4 after you get married, but till then if you plan to come, you might have to apply for Tourist Visa.
