I recently changed my employer and got a new H1B visa which is still not stamped on my passport. I also just got married to a US citizen and I am in the process of applying my Green Card through my spouse. Due to some reason I have to travel back to my home country and I would like to use the Advance parole document obtained through my immigration application through my spouse and not use/stamp my H1B when I come back to USA. But this advance parole document will not be available to me for at least another 40-60 days. I was wondering if I can travel back to my home country and my spouse mail it to me in my home country after receiving it from USCIS, and I use that document to enter back in the USA. Please let me know if it is doable? Thank you very much for your cooperation in advance.

According to the instructions on the travel document application, the application must be made while you are in the US but if depart before
issuance it will be mailed the US embassy/consulate nearest your foreign residence where you can receive it. You should request this at
immigration before you depart. See form I-131 at uscis.gov.
