My family can invest upto £300, 000 with intention to immigrate to any developed countries EU, UK, USA.... . They are Afghan nationality and living in Afghanistan. Has no qualification or enlish ability. so looking for a passive investment.
Do they have any option? where ? How much they want?
As in the UK is £1 Million.(out of limit)

For the US you need to invest at least $1 million in a new or existing business and create at least 10 full time jobs for US citizens.
In the UK and most of Europe, the minimum investment is either 1 million Pounds or Euro, also creating a minimum number of full time jobs (varies from 10-20) for citizens of that country. |

Some EU countries you had the language to run or invest in a business. So no qualifications so how you going to set up a business? the point is that you are the one who have to prove that you have some business experience before you even apply for Immigration through investment, plus show that you can create jobs. Most countries you have to renew your business permit every twelve months. They know that people use this a a back door into their countries. |

In Canada they need to invest C$400,000 for 5 years, check out http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/business/investors/index.asp
They might also check out different provincial programs, some of them have investment programs but then they'd probably need to have a plan to run a business in that province and speak English or French (for Quebec). |
