You need to wait for your turn. Currently, the backlog for the Federal Skilled Worker program is around 5 to 6 years depending on where you applied from. In order to get your case processed quicker, you would either need to be on the POL category (extremely specific list of occupations), or would need to get an AEO (Arranged Employment Opinion) issued. Either applying under the POL or getting an AEO will ensure that your case is reviewed within the next 6 to 12 months.
Considering the list of cases that qualify in the POL category are limited, your best bet and easiest way of ensuring that your case gets processed quickly would be to get an AEO.
There are a number of agents that can help you attain an AEO. Just do a search on Yahoo. I found a company called Canadian Gateway Immigration Services that seems like a potential agent that can help. Also, the process seems quite simple and quick.

Skilled workers from UK are generally taking about 3 years to be processed. so you need to be patient a while longer.
