Infopass appointment with USCIS?

on my online case status I got an email notification saying that in 30 days time I will be receiving my EAD.
It is past 30 days.

What do I do.
and what can the officers at the info pass appointment do for me?

If you set up for an Infopass Appointment you will be given a schedule so you will have a meeting to an Officer in a USCIS Office and you can make inquiry on the status of your EAD.
