ok, i have a important question

ok i know this guy that dont have a social security and he have a wife that is pregenant . now the cops came inside the house. the lady open the door the cops didnt brake in...ok so now the guy was arrested. they didnt do anything to the lady because she is pregnant .......

now te question is .what can be done for the guy not to be reported back to his country

Sounds like he is here ilegally. If his wife is USC and he entered the country legally (but overstayed), the wife can file for his green card... assume his has not crimial background or anything..

Not much. If he is deported his wife is free to go with him.

Nothing can be done for him. If he was taken into custody by immigration,he is on his way home with a ten year ban on returning. Having a pregnant wife will not help him.
