I have seen Internet sites that claim "illegal aliens kill 12 US citizens every day". Honestly, I don't buy that number. However, if it was 1 a day, or 1 a month,....or just 1 ever....it is one too many. No, it is not a victimless crime.

No it's not in anyway a victimless crime. We all have to foot the bill for medical bills, our own insurance when they crash into our cars (because lord knows they don't have any). Plus the numbers of illegal's in prison for violent crime is staggering, especially in CA. Most of those criminals had victims. Plus we foot the bill for their prison stays. I think the public is the victim of immigration

Absolutely not. In 1985, 2 illegal aliens were shooting at each other. A bullet hit my brother in the chest. The criminal made a run for the border and the police say there is nothing they can do. My brother still walks around with a bullet in his back (it lodged near his spine, so they cannot safely remove it) and has pain to this day. Send each and every criminal parasite back to their country of origin. If they don't leave willingly, then use the full force of the police and miltary to remove them.

The employer hiring illegals is breaking tax laws labor laws, all felonies. here in seattle they are cracking down, one construction site emptied of 500 illegals in one day, within a week all jobs were filled with legal citizens. Lni threatened to put the superintendant of DR Horton in jail. thats all it took.

No, ALL Americans are victims. We pay for their medical care, foodstamps, Social Security, SSI, and all the other forms of welfare. We are victims because they are not paying their fair share of taxes on their income. We are victims because they send more than $30,000,000,000 annually back home. We are victims because they DO TAKE JOBS AWAY FROM AMERICANS.
Big business encourages Illegals, because big business is not paying all the taxes, such as unemployment and social security. Government likes Illegals because it makes the Govenment look better not only to the Illegals but to their family and friends back home AND the Govenments the Illegals REFUSE to honor.
Illegals are often victims, not only from other Illegals, but crooked cops and welfare people here.

I'm not really sure that victimless crime exits. Someone always has to suffer from a crime, otherwise it would not be a crime. One consequence of illegal immigration is the immigrants place a stress on public resources that are usually funded by tax revenues. One resource in particular is the legal system. No one wants to deal with this segment of the population, from the police that arrest them to the judge that sentences, to the jail wardens. They are placing a certain strain on this system, due to the fact that there is language, custom and knowledge barrier for the immigrants. These barriers result in more arrests, because the illegals do not understand the laws, or the consequences of breaking the laws. When the legal system has to concentrate on illegals, it takes the spotlight away from our US citizen criminals, making it easier for them to commit crime. Hope this helps. D.

Look at how many americans kill eachother each year. And there are many many illegal immigrants who come here peacefully to search for opportunties for thier cildren who get labeled as illegals and grouped in with those that do harm.
