It is more accurately and correct to call it amnesty and not immigration reform, even the website from a hispanic group call Hermandad Mexicana Nacional calls it amnesty:
Amnistia is spanish for amnesty.

I suppose that depends on whether you think the glass is half full, or overflowing. since we don't have a pending immigration reform bill, we can't really say what it is. Bush said his immigration reform bill wasn't an amnesty program, but some other Republicans said it was, as did some of the Democrats who voted against it. |

Your question doesn't make sense. What do you mean is "it" reform or amnesty? There are countless proposals and ideas floating around. There's no final piece of legislation before Congress. SO there's no "it". Stop the silly scare tactics. |
