Most of immigration law require st for alien who is applying for the country's citizenship to prove the proficiency of language.

If you are going to exist in the U.S. you need to speak English. The U.S. taxpayer should not have to fund interpreters because immigrants are too lazy to learn English.

If you want to stay in Mexico - GOOD.

Being a US Citizen is a privelge PERIOD.
