Is it possible that my fiancee apply for a K1 visa even though we didn't meet yet in person in less than 2 yrs?

It is a basic requirement that you should have met in person within the last 2 years prior to petition.There are exceptions though:
1.The requirement to meet your fiancÃ©(e) in person would violate strict and long-established customs of your or your fiancÃ©(e)'s foreign culture or social practice.
2. It is established that the requirement to personally meet your fiancÃ©(e) would result in extreme hardship to you.

If you think you are qualified to avail this exemption you might want to try it but it will need proofs that it is indeed difficult for both of you to satisfy this requirement.

Meeting in person within two years is a requirement for applying for K-1. If you have never met in person, your petition will not be approved.

There is no solution. If you have never met, you do not have a real relationship. How do you even know who this person is? People lie all the time online about their name, their age, their occupation, their marital status, their criminal backgrounds, etc. A friend of mine recently flew to California to meet a woman he had been corresponding and talking to for a year and they thought they were perfect, but after meeting her he flew back to the UK after 2 days because she was completely different in person than how she presented herself online.

Do not ever marry someone you have not met and have not spent time with.

I really feel for you, it is a very difficult situation you are in at the moment, they will want to see all kinds of evidence that you have been together, Photo's, letters, even receipts in some cases, you really should get together first anyway, just to make sure that you really are in love with this person, my fiance lives over 7,000 miles away from me but I make sure that I can get over to see her as often as I can, and each time we are together it brings us even closer together, we have been engaged for two years now and I expect it will be quite some time before we will be together permanently I wish you all the luck in the world, be patient.

I meet someone on line but neither of us knew about the laws concerning marrage.When I finally got a passport I went to see her.When going through customs they asked me why was I going,I told them the truth,that I meet her on line,was going to see her and possiblely get married.I also at the time had no ties to Canada like a job or a lease/rent on a home.They denied access to the US and told me I never followed the proper steps and told me to contact the US consulate.When I did they told me to apply for the k-1....how would this work when we haven`t met? and how can I get across now to see her when they most-likey have me on file that I was denied earlier trying to see her?
