Is it possible to submit my i-129f and g-325a to the embassy myself?

if i have all the documents prepared and ready to mail off, is it possible to just bring it to the embassy myself since i'll be in that country anyways?

No. I-129f must be filed in US to USCIS.

You must file the Petition for Alien FiancÃ©(e), Form I-129F, with the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office that serves the area where you live. See the Department of Homeland Security's USCIS Field Offices for information on where you can file the petition. Note: You cannot file this petition at an embassy, consulate or U.S. immigration office abroad.
