Jails take a long time to build so I very much doubt it since the law takes effect in July.
I'm sure Arizona will have to either self-deport them or release low level offenders....much like giving a warning for driving just a little too fast.
They always have the option of just documenting the illegals if they are over-worked and just get around to people as they catch up too. |
