Is mass immigration the real reason for Brown's unpopularity?
|
British people do not like to admit this; however,Labour have dramatically changed the UK and many Labour people insult anybody who dares to disagree with their multiculturism.British people realise that the world is in an economic disaster over oil prices but give this as a reason for being anti Labour rather than admit mass immigration is the real reason.I think the elephant in the room is wearing a burka and Labour is going into opposition for decades as a result. I think a lot of it IS immigration.
Even during the years when Blair was PM and Brown was, (everyone thought,) doing a good job. There were serious worries over mass immigration!
The reason Brown immediatly goes on about inflation and economic concerns as the reason for the labour parties and his unpopularity, is because, that is the area he is most comforable in.
He hasn't got a clue about how to deal with immigration and the gross inefficiency throughout the party.so he deals with the bit he thinks he does know about.
Immigration is never mentioned as a cause!
Labour in the few short years they have had control have all but taken the Great out of Britain and they don't know what to do about it! So they deny it, and carry on regardless of the consequences of their inaction on the real problems we face |

Yes definitely. If the BNP would only come to their senses, they could have a field day. Masses of people are sick of foreigners leeching off them - they do no good at all. Get the lazy UK shirkers off their fat butts and make them do the work that some of the immigrants do. Cost a lot less for the country and kick out all these waste of space immigrants and all their extended families.
The UK is not only the dumping ground of the world, it is also the laughing stock. |

multiculturalism and a lot of other things such as Iraq war and the cost of living going sky high |

Probably one of the main reasons. I will definitely be voting B.N.P. next time, as the rest are all the same anyway, and at least I will feel I'm doing SOMETHING for MY Country. |

it certainly isn't helping
multiculturalism is another word for 'anything you want ...you've got it' so long as you aren't a brit
they have pandered to the muslim community leaders fir years to gain power and now cannot keep the demands from coming and coming and coming ........
the west midlands police were keen to complain about channel four distorting the truth rather than confront the racist imans preaching hate in local mosques (channel four won damages against the police) |

I would say that it played a big part in it,wherever you go the conversation always turns to this subject and I've yet to meet anyone who is in favour of mass immigration, how many of these people would be here if they had to put something into the system for a year before they could claim any benefits at all,i get the feeling the number would drop drastically ! |

He is unpopular in England because he is a dictator, placed where he is by a trick as no one has voted him into the leadership of the Labour party, and he is destroying England deliberately. The importing of millions of immigrants is just to swing the vote for Labour, who do you think they the immigrants will vote for at the next general election? You will also note that most immigrants are living in the South East of England and are distorting, housing, health and other problems. Give Brown long enough and we in England will be out voted in our own country by immigrants. The sooner we are out of the Criminal EU and get our freedom back the better. |

It is a major factor - we don't recognise our own country anymore. There is also the perception of New Labour being very authoritarian and not listening to us at all. When you figure the economic downturn in as well - why should anyone in their right mind support them ?! |

No!Incompetence on the economy and being unable to control his backbenchers!Although his immigration policies have not helped |

When you say it is the elephant in the room you are correct, what labour have done is to make people afraid to admit the truth and the obvious, I know, as I suspect do most other people, that every person I talk to in private admits the mass immigration policys of labour is going to be a disaster for this country, and these are people like myself who are kind, liberal, centre of road voters. Just on a practical level labour wants to concrete over an already dangerously overcrowded Island space for 3 MILLION houses ( 2 MILLION for there insane immigration policys) which will be unsustainable for gas, electric, water or anywhere left to dispose of the rubbish, and as is becoming apparent even now the present population can only be fed with the use of mechinisation which must depend on oil, which is known to be depleted at some future date, as this is known facts now this goverment is made up of very irresponsible and dangerous people who hold there own people in total contempt, as the truth emerges at the enormaty of what they have imposed on the people the feeling will become increasingly mutual. |

The Dictator is hiding behind yet another of his mistakes the 10p tax,he honestly thinks we(the working class) are as stupid as we have been portrayed recently.
He knows that immigration and entry into Europe are no 1 in our concerns and refuses to listen (for gods sake it was he and Blunkett who increased the immigration levels from an already high 50000 a year intake to 250000). He is Now even trying to Take over the BNP's mantle as the 'listening party'. All of you out there know he and the rest of his fraudsters have no intention of listening to anyone but themselves. He has refused the British people a say in their destiny and now wants all of you to vote for his communist agenda and doctrines.
The problem is there is a closed dictatorship in politics with all three political thinking much the same. It is imperative that the BNP and UKIP get the support they richly deserve, if they don't we will no longer exist as a people or country and that is exactly what the mainstream leaders want.

It isn't the reason for Brown's unpopularity because he hasn't been Prime Minister long enough. It is down to the labour government though. Clement Atlee gave all Indians the right to live in this country in the 1940s never thinking that they would want to come. Successive labour governments have allowed other nations to inhabit this country ever since. Not one of my friends is happy with this situation. There is an elephant in the room. |

It is the economic. He said that was he the person that created the boom but now that the economy is going down hill well he has nothing to do. If he created the boom once why he cannot create it another time? may be he was not the reason for the boom? But he is for sure the reason for the booming tax |

NO
There is much more to it than just one issue.
They just haven't done enough to undo the damage Thatcher did to this country and the problems she created still persist. |

There are two things that have quickened his decline:
Abolition of 10p tax rate
Lack of Charisma and leadership
Fuel, immigration and Iraq are all beyond his reach after such a short time in office and a dubious mandate.
As for opposition for decades - if that is a prediction you'll beg for change in 10 years under the tories who have no interest in 90% of the population that are not rich. |

I think, amongst falling house prices, rising food and petrol prices, whilst billions are spent on our illegal escapades in Iraq, the only feelings that people have about mass immigration is that, finally, they can get a decent plumber (even if he does speak Polish). |
