I've been saying this for years, but have always been shouted down as being racist, funny now how people are beginning to wise up and see this problem as the huge problem that it really is, now, I have no problem with immigrants as long as they have a legit and proper reason for being here, but thanks to Blair and his s*itty new labour partys policy of having an open door, we have allowed some very undesirable people in, some of them heavy criminals in their own country and are making a good start here continuing their careers. I have always been firm believer that all of this unregulated, uncontrolled immigration is a bad thing, letting all and sundry in, we don't need foreign labour that badly, we never did, what did they think was going to happen? Where did they think this was going? This statistic does not surprise me in the least, the immigrants who are not in the least interested in integrating with us are the ones who are teaching their kids to speak in their parents tongue, and I think that this country is on a fast downward spiral toward surrendering itself to the immigrants and we will become the ethnic minority, especially if we keep with the leftist, socialist, politically correct politics we have been subjected to during New Labour's tenure, and all the 'do-gooders' with the power to shut people up and continue to foist their views upon us, I always remember a newspaper story printed in the Glasgow Herald once, and I think it sums up perfectly the politics of New Labour, the headline read; More Immigrants? Yes Please!. I think not!

Yes Yes Yes there are whole families coming to live here, they abuse our benefit system take advantage of our education system grab everything they can get, then when they reach 16 they go over to afghanistan to fight against us with the taliban. We totally provide for them and their families then they kill our boys like the cowards they are we should forget the rules of engagement and take the war to them, wipe them out that's what I say.

It is and there is probably now nothing that can be done about it. Enoch Powell warned about this 50 years ago but was ridiculed. He also warned that it may lead to 'rivers of blood' if immigration remained unchecked.

Politicians cant do anything about immigration without killing their careers as race card will be pulled.

yes it seems that way, i even know of primary school teachers who are learning foreign languages so they can speak to the kids, this just is not right if they cant speak english they should not be disrupting the schools. we all have got to take action and send them back if they are not prepared to integrate

yes and it needs to stop our taxes go towards giving immigrants free homes, as far as im concerned the money from red nose day goes to the government possibly to help the africans but only to get over to this country.

Every one seems very fond of mentioning how Enoch Powell was right, and we should have listened. Well the British national party are shouting too, and people are doing the same thing, ignoring them and hoping the problem will go away....WELL IT WONT. There is an election next year. And frankly the British national party really is the only party unafraid to deal with it. Save your country. Save your children's future. I fully agree with the questioner.Britain is literally being handed over to the immigrants.
These 'do goodies' hide behind the mask that in times of economic crisis it is the immigrants that get all the blame!
The question I humbly ask is;Have those very people and this includes Labour politicians ever been laid off work and had to worry about how to find the money to clothe,feed their families and find the mortgage to keep a roof over their heads?
As a former Labour Party member of 50 years I can say that allowing immigrants unrestricted entry is a deliberate labour policy of the Labour Party;Why?So that they can use it as a tool to depress wages.
What we are witnessing is a well thought out Labour plan where they have implemented a policy of 50 men and women chasing one job.
Surely that is not the Labour Party I used to know!
What makes it worse for me;The Trades Unions have stood idly by and let it happen instead of fighting for the down trodden British worker.
Another question I ask is;If this so called Labour Party want to extradite the British worker to other countries and replace them with immigrants;Why don't they come out into the open and say so?

I saw the news and was thinking of asking a similar question, Enoch was RIGHT, we are mad and there is such a thing as collective madness.

We ("We " being small numbers of European people who came to our island over a 2000 year period") spent 2000 years making this once Great Britain the best country on Earth only to see immigration from the Asian sub Continent , Africa and distant parts of E Europe swamp and overpopulate our old Island.

I have always been a moderate Labour member, now I am beginning to think that we need the help of a tough real British party to defend us against the collective madness of mass immigration. UKIP seems best to me but all parties who represent the real Brits must unite or we are finished

LOL!....NO! so you can relax now. Infact! teaching children a second lanuage if very good for them......well, unless you don't believe in giving them a better chance to succeed in life. If they don't know English right now....don't worry! they'll learn over time.

Having a mother tongue other than English does not necessarily mean the person can't speak English so your statistics are not accurate. Immigrants do not conspire to take over a country, most of them just want a better life and I have no problem with that as long as they do it legally. Once immigration reaches its saturation point, the government will intervene in accordance with the laws of other EU countries (if you're talking about the UK and I assume you are).
