i don't know. i do know about 3 years ago i went to Decatur ala to do some shopping. i live 5o miles from there. as i was going home a pink building caught my eye. it looked like it had la raza on it. all i could think about was blowing it up. i haven't been back there in three years because of it. to me they are allowing them to set up and take over.
