You have to post a notice when you are employing (or deploying) an H1-B immigrant and that posting is subject to questions.

Yes, get an employer to sponsor your H1B and eventual residency.

Yak Rider is right. I would only point out that it would take you at least a year to get a petition processed and approved, and even then you wouldn't be able to work at that job until a year from this October. So, it's not exactly something that will be quick and easy for you.
