ok, im going to high school and i'm in my senior year now. My parents were deported to mexico last summer, though they left voluntarily. and i just want to know if there is any way that they could come for my graduation this june,like only a day?
if you find anything please let me know.

i was born here,so ofcourse i m a proud american citizen.
and i m not an anchor baby..
im workin part time and living with a friend, so i pay practically all my expenses.

If they were ordered removed, they are inadmissible for 10 years from the date of the departure. They would need a waiver of section 212(a)(9)(A)(i).
If they were illegally inside the U.S. for more than a year, they would inadmissible for 10 years from the date of departure. They would need a waiver of section 212(a)(9)(B)(i)(II).
As Mexico may not be appear to be the center of their vital interests and their ties to Mexico not very strong, they may not be considered good risks for a visitor visas which makes them inadmissible under section 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I).
In other words, their chances of being at your graduation are poor. |

No,they will not be able to enter even for one day. They have already shown that they do not follow immigration laws so they will not be granted any type of visa for at least 10 years. Immigration will assume they would not return if allowed to come back for a visit. |

NO sorry, it is highly unlikely they will be allowed back into usa anytime soon.
Especially if they were BANNED.
if they were banned for 10 years then they cannot even apply to enter untill the 10 years have elapsed.
So were you born in USA or not?
If yes then thats ok - but most americans do NOT like anchor babies.
if not then you need to get your status changed ASAP or you will be an illegal adult and therefore subject to deportation yourself. |
