hello
well..my mom sent my papers to the immigration before like 3 years ago.and they said they well give me the green card in feb 2009 when then they said they ganna send it to me after a year and a half.
now im in a visit to my brother in texas and i dont wanna go back to my country......so please is there any way to speed up my case?
i love this country ..and i love the americans too....i dont wanna get back to damn kuwait.

did you file the form I 485? i started my process in germany and filed I485 after i got to the us to finish my application here. it is very expensive and takes longer, but it was the right decision in my case. |

If your mother started your green card application for you in Kuwait, it is more likely you will get interview in US Embassy in Kuwait.
There is no way to speed any immigration process. |
