you are a legal human being just not a very smart law abiding one. i think you already know the answer to this. take your children and go back to where you were legal. |

People like you give us immigrants who are here legally a bad name. Go home, I don't want my taxes to pay for your illegal ***. |

Yes go back to your own country and you will be legal again. |

If you entered without inspection, there is no way to remain here and become legal. Even were you to marry a U.S. citizen or want to have your children sponsor you, you'd have to return to your homeland and have them apply for a waiver of inadmissibility which might or might not be granted. |

there is no way for you to change your situation, you already know this, since you have asked this question over and over ,
the fact that you have children who are citizens does not change the fact that you are in the US illegally.
if you are depressed seek medical advice,
nothing much else to do..
you will wait until the last chance and someday you are going to get picked up, and the children will stay behind without you.
you already know this as well,
for the love of your children? do something! the decision is yours. |

Go back to your own country and apply to come back legally. Your anchor children are free to go with you. From your own country, when your anchor children reach 21, they can petition for you to come back legally. |

Don't worry Claudia, I saw many mean answers here and it's not right. You can do something.
First I hope you entered here legally, did you go through customs? If so, marry your husband and file for adjustment of status $1,100 and you will get green card in 6-12 months.
If you entered illegally (without inspection ex from Mexico or Canada) you will have to go back to your home country and your husband will have to petion you to get green card.
Don't worry it's not the end of the world. You will be fine.

Hum well it depends how you get here . Did you come here legally ,and you overstay over your visa or did you come here illegally ...If you come here illegally , hum there is just nothing that you can do . But if you came here and overstayed over a visa , you can adjust your status by getting married to a citizen man if you have a man . I will tell you to keep praying for God to give you guidance |

i feel for you my boyfriend is illegal and he has been in this country for 5 years now. i think that the other answers that you got were really RUDE. you have 2 native born daughters and that means that you can get citizenship without much problem. You must apply for your residency at the closest INS office to you. 3 years after approval you can apply for citizenship. Good luck |
