Is this 2 year spouse visa valid in the U.K?

If you're not living together. If you're applying for a divorce. If the woman is pregnant.But thr ex-Husband is ordered to pay living costs to the ex-wife till further notice. Just because ex-husband has to pay for her does it mean the visa is therefore valid? as the visa agreements are you have to live together. Be married etc but none of that is the case. Just because she has a baby in the U.K means she will get compassionate stay even though they are divorced and not living together but ex-Husband might have to pay child maintence or is that irrelevant?.
