That is the guy I respect and love. He is the one who is giving criminals the treatment they deserve. How come Sheriff Joe has yet to lose an election. Why does he get voted for all the time and by such a large margin? Hmmmm.. Is it because the people of Arizona love this guy? Is it because he is treating a criminal like they should be? Yeah, I think it is. If the criminals thought about the crime before they did it, they would not be in tent city in 100 degree temperature and wearing pink shorts. I support Sheriff Joe. He's doing a Great Job.. :-)

Is this the guy that runs tent city? Not that I think prisoners should get good treatment, but he's a little extreme.

Oh and BTW...Tent city has a higher recidivism rate than regular prisons. That means it is actually less effective than other prisons.

i don't even know what you are referring to. I'm assuming someone said good things about him on the site here and you are just responding.....whatever the case may be, you like him or you don't that site you referred us all too is just propaganda...no facts, just a few opinions from some people...that doesn't have anything to do with the sheriff, but it does show how easily swayed you can be by a mere cube of words that has no value to it. everyone has a right to say what they want, it don't make it fact, and you should get a better argument than that stupid ad. That's obviously a very biased site, Pancha. Try again. I love the guy, not just for how he treats illegals, but also how he treats American criminals. I love it! He is very pro-active and he is not afraid to go for the gusto! I bet there is far less recidivism in his county than in most others!

Sheriff Joe is my hero. I don't care if he is full of himself. He puts the criminals in jail and hey if our guys/gals can fight a war in Iraq or the Stan in hot tents over 130 degrees than criminals shouldn't whine! that sight was probably paid for by coyotes!
