you have to understand that no body else wants to work in the fields. everyone wants to work somewhere, where they get alot of money, these days you cant raise a family off of little money, now immigrant come from everywhere...china jamaica el salvador africa...there glad to get what they get because they may come from places where they get NOTHING. so to each is own

Yes anyone who applies to work in a job should have the same chance of working in the fields, if it is non-skilled labour.

I live in a rural area in the UK. There are a percentage of immigrants work here, especially during the summer, but they work quite happily alongside local skilled and non-skilled workforces. There is no reason why this shouldn't happen, and landowners dont seem to feel any loss that all their workers aren't British.

To be honest your question is limited in scope so it is very hard to work out what you're getting at.
