I forgot to add these in with my other question because I was tired and it slipped my mind. Okay, Do I only need to send in the I129 form first? Then once they get it they'd send me the forms and stuff back for the Financial and what not. Then I'd have to get someone to cosponsor for me and stuff like my parent, While I'm still trying to find a job at the moment. But my main question is, How much does it cost to send it in? Because I've had people say it was 190$ to on the forms and **** it saying 450$ and up. So I don't know how much to send in with it so yeah any help would be greatly appreciated. (= . It's gay obviously that we can't just get married and then file for her residency while here but I know obviously that'd think of it as fraud because of her being on a tourist visa so the only one is K1. But yeah, Any simple short help would be greatly appreciated and thank you. (=. <3.

You, and US Citizen, file I-129F, I-134 and G-325A. The cost to file is $455.
If you do not include the I-134 they will ask you for it. Of course, this will delay the processing of the application for weeks. Send everything at the same time, including the co-sponsor's affidavit of support and a G-325A filled out by your fiancee. |
