Is it possible for me to move to England and live there and become a citizen without having my family move there with me and i would be living with a family that are not relatives but would be responsible if i had parental consent. [ ia m 15, would be 16 by the time i moved there if possible]
I just do not know much about this subject and immigrations o it would be great if you could help me out and give me some info.

No, simple as that. Your under age, and not employed by anyone, and don't have relatives there. Sorry, British imigration laws are quite strict now days, and you may not even make it past Customs at the airport. |

If you are under 18, they only way you could move to the UK is if you were under an organised exchange student program, where you live with a host family. Or you are enrolled as a full student at a British boarding school where you live at the school. And you would have to return to the US after you finish your studies.
If you are over 18, your only option would be to enroll as a full time student in a UK university. Without at least a Masters degree, you do not qualify for the Tier 1 visa, which would allow you to look for work in the UK. And without at least a BA and years of work experience, you would not qualify for a company-sponsored work visa
You would not be able to become a citizen until you had legally lived and worked in the UK under the proper visa for at least 6 years (5 years for permanent residency + 1 year before you can apply for natruralisation), but your years as a student do not count towards your residency requirement |

In england you can basically do whatever you want because you can get a prober job with ID.
You can become a citizen after 10 years. The family can put you up for medical consents and stuff. Depending on the Level of severity of a disease or whatver. They can't give proper medical consent unless you're real relatives do something that gives them the permission.
You can do whatever you want when you're 18.
You can basically do you're own consent though like for childbirth and other things that YOU are paying for.
