As far as I know there are no solicitors on this site, if you want legal advice you need to speak a solicitor specialising in immigration law.

If you entered the country without a visa & you needed one then you are here illegally & you have no rights. Your best chance would be to return to your home country & apply for a visa to enter the UK.
