NO you may not!!!

you can apply for citizenship 2 years and 9 months after getting the 10 year GC

conditional card are only given to immigrants who are married to US citizens.

Once you reach 3 years living in America (provided that the 10-year green card is Approved/Pending) you can apply 90 DAYS before your 3rd year anniversary.

For example: If you became resident on the 'year 2006' (on the green card) and you received your 10-year green card already. You can apply for naturalization since its '2009'
