Your husband would have to process your spouse by filing an I-730, which would then be sent through the National Visa Center and on to the embassy in Copenhagen to be processes as a Visas 92/93. Your spouse would also get refugee status, assuming you were legally married before you got refugee status. If your spouse is actually a Danish citizen, rather than a refugee resettled in Denmark, that could raise questions about your status in the US, particularly if you failed to mention it when you were being considered for refugee resettlement in the US. Once USCIS processes the paperwork, it should go out to the embassy fairly quickly. But, it's hard to say how long that will really take.

I don't think the person asking this quesin is a refugee from Demnark, just stating her husband is Danish. After all, my friend just went back to denmark from the U.S. since demnak is currently better off and a nice place to live.
A refugee from Denmark would be funny.

?? Refugees from Denmark? I didn't know they had a repressive regime in Denmark.

Or is fleeing the cold now a refugee claim?
