ok so me and my friend are 16, and we really want to move to Los Angeles, California. But we dont know how to get a visa hor how much money to take, could someone please give us some tips on what to do thankyou x

Build a life where you are and come for a vacation when you are 18. This way you have all the fun and don't get saddled with the costs of supporting a dying state.
