How easy would it be to move from uk to usa and find a job with a marketing degree?

I would wait until obama is removed from office and our economy starts growing again.

if i were you, i'd wait a awhile.

our economy is in shambles right now and thousands of people, even in advertising, have been laid off in the past few months. so finding a job won't be easy.

give our economy a year or two to recover from this mess then it will be easier to find work.

as for the immigration policy, i'm not really sure how it works. check with your local board and see if you qualify.

You can if you will join the military. you get green card from USCIS

Not easy at all these days.
In addition, to move to US and work, you need a either green card or Temporary Workers visa. To get either, you must have a sponsor who is willing to file petition on your behalf.
