I am an American living and working in the UK, and my visa will expire this week. I am able to go to France for a day on the Eurostar the day before I'm scheduled to leave the UK. Do you think I'd have any problems emmigrating back to get my bags and such? If i just show them that i have a return ticket back to the states do you think i'd be safe. I'm so nervous. But I really wanted the chance to see Paris before i left without all my luggage, which is a lot. Please advice would help! Thanks.

You should be fine, obviously you have a current, valid passport. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the BUNCA arranged visa just to cover you to work in the UK? You don't have to run home the day it runs out or stop travelling. |
