My Fiance is from Germany on a Visa thal allows her to teach and study at a university, how can she immigrate?

My Fiance has a Visa allowing her to be in the US until August of 2010. We are engaged, but don't know what paperwork is necessary to have her be able to stay once her Visa expires in August of 2010. Any input would help.

How about marrying her where you are, and filing for an adjustment of status to an Immigrant Visa/Green Card. You will have to effectively file an I-130 for her as your spouse once you marry her in the USA.

get married. if she is your fiancee than whats the problem? plus you have some time. she might want to return and come back with the K visa if you dont get married before that, because in this case there will be no questions about her intent to immigrate... or she can just apply for adjustment of status. couple years are long enough to meet someone and get married, so probably wont be a problem either way.

Get married before the expiry of her visa and then sponsor her.

Marry her soon, that's the safest way.

Best contact the immigration office about getting a green card. Or of course you could marry right now.
