I entered to the US with K1 visa, then married in the US. So now i already have SSN and my permanent Resident application is being processed. But I've just noticed that my fiance visa is expired before I have my permanent resident interview. Should I go to the US immigrant service to extend my visa? Or there is some other paper work I should have?

No, you don't need to extend it. A K1 visa is a single use visa. The date on the visa is the validity period of the visa. It allowed you to enter the US once up to that date. The visa expired the moment you entered the US.
Once you submitted I-485 for your adjustment of status application your status changed from K-1 Holder to "Adjustment Applicant Pending Decision by Attorney General". Ignore any dates that are on the K1. As long as you entered the country before the visa expired, and you got married within 90 days of entering the country and subsequently filed for an adjustment of status, you don't need to do anything else. Just wait for your interview to come around. |

No, k-1 visa's can't be "extended" as long as it was issued to you, you came here and were married in 90 day's, then sent in the rest of the paperwork for your change of status you are in the system and all is well..
My wife never was asked for a pr interview, some do some don't.. |

You don't need to do anything for now but wait.You cannot extend your K-1 visa because it is good for one time use only. You have complied to the important requirement for K-1 visa which is getting married within 90 days upon arrival here in the US.Since your GC is in process you are considered out of status but you are not staying here illegally either.Just concentrate now on compiling all the documents on your forthcoming interview. No - you have something in process with immigration, therefore the dates on your K1 Visa no longer matter. The visa is only valid for a certain amount of time because you have to marry within 90 days of entering the US. As long as you did that and filed all your green card paperwork before your K1 expired you are fine. |
