Being pregnant won't make any difference to her visa status whatsoever. When it expires, she will have to return to her country or try and renew it. |

Why would she get pregnant if she is a student trying to study to get a better education and then a job? She should not even be thinking about starting a family till she has finished her courses. She does not have to get pregnant, there are tablets and injections she could use, and you should be using protection as well.
If she became pregnant, then I would think she would want to go home to her family, so they could help with the baby. Not stay in a strange country. I hope she isn't and doesn't! |

I thought student visas where for eduction and have a time limit. You'd think if the visa expires then yes, she would have to go back home. |

Why? are you thinking of abusing the privileges given to her by this government to obtain a good education and a better chance in life? My fiance' is Philippine and still lives there whilst I live here in the UK and I go and see her there as often as I can but I would never dream of banging her up just to get to stay there or the other way around if she was visiting me here, life in Phili is very hard and if your girlfriend was to ruin her chances of a good education here in UK to bring up a child alone in Phili "because that is what would happen" that would make you both very stupid and careless people and deserve the hardships that would come to you both "but the child does not". I don't think you would like to live in Phili my friend, life there is very hard "unless" you have a bloody good education and a lot of money, so if you have neither of these things WAKE UP! |
