i had exepional leave to remain is run out two years ago am still working but i been successfull too many exciting jobs i can not get it becouse of a proof that am in title to work in the uk.

If your leave to remain expired 2 years ago, you were legally required to leave the country. You have been working illegally for the past 2 years. You cannot get proof that you are entitled to work in the UK because you ARE NOT entitled to work in the UK

All you can do is return to your own country and try to apply for a new visa.

You are an illegal alien and have been since your leave to remain expired. You are forbidden to work and you cannot get any document which would allow you to work. Go home or go to jail.

If your leave to remain has expired, if you are really working you're working illegally, you should have looked into extending your exceptional leave to remain before it expired. Your current employer could be in serious trouble for employing as it stands.
