My boyfriend is a U.S citizen and I am pregnant right now but we are not yet married. Can we apply for fiance visa and bring our baby in the U.S with me?

Yes, you can bring your child with you. You may need to look into now how to go through the process of Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA).It is a separate process by the US Embassy for your baby aside from your K-1 visa process.In some cases, the Consular Officer may require DNA testing for your baby.

When the child is born your fiance needs to register the birth with your local US Embassy or Consulate. This way the child will be a US citizen and will not need a visa.
The child will add to the earnings your fiance needs to show to cover the affidavit of support for you as he will have to show he can support a family of three people and not two.

Of course. Be it his child or not, your kid (born or not), is allowed to accompany a fiancee to the US. A fiancee visa is a K-1 and the kid is a K-2. Link attached.

yes is can help u get ur k1 visa sooner i was know friend have some case like u and they give her visa soon because pregnant and even if u born before get approve will be ok just will ask u breing document show that is it sure hes child they do that for her and was easy to do
