couple of days, should I inform the USCIS and the local embassy where she obtained the visa?

You can inform them, but it won't make that much difference. Her status will expire and she won't be able to change or adjust status on the K-1. so, even if she marries someone else, she would not be able to stay in the US and get her green card, she would have to leave and get an immigrant visa back home. A K-1 is not permission to marry any American, either you marry the person who filed within 90 days, or you leave. As for having her put into proceedings, well that could happen, but it's not all that likely really. They aren't going to go look for her any time soon. |

That sounds like fraud, especially if she ended the relationship. Yes, inform USCIS immediately. |

She is no long your problem. All you could do is write letter to USCIS that you didn't get married to her. Once her visa expires, USCIS will put her for Removal proceeding. Move on with your life. |

I'm assuming she came on a K-1 visa? Since she didn't marry you, she has no legal status once her visa expires. It's a non-immigrant visa and she is no longer eligible for residency.
Contact the USCIS, inform them of the situation and move on. |
