he came here when he was only 12 now he has taken the American culture very serious....he went ti school here and works here and wants to go to college
are there any laws that can help him with this
or can he apply for a green card?

No,there are no laws that can help him.
Status cannot be changed if the person is living here illegally. He had a chance at 18 to help his situation. If had returned home at that time,his illegal presence here would not be held against him because he was a minor. Since he is now over that age,his immigration status is totally his decision. He has chosen to remain here illegally as an adult and is subject to deportation and a 10 year ban on returning when caught.
Marriage will not help him. He will still have to leave the country in order to complete the paperwork. Any interview for a green card must be done in the persons home country. He will have to leave the country to get any type of legalization. |

This is not his home no matter what culture he has taken illegally. NO, the only thing h can do since his parents made him a criminal and he has already got an education he did not deserve is go back to where he belongs and apply the right way. you help him and you are aiding and abetting an illegal which is a $250,000 fine and 5 years in jail. He is committing another crime by working.

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions |

He has to apply before he turns 18. To do so, he should see an immigration lawyer. If he is over 18, there is no process to become legal. |

yes, same situation happened with my ex. she is about to graduate college. Talk to a counselor from your local community college and they should be able to help, thats what she did.
I dont know if they can get a green card, but definitely an education and a work permit i believe. |
