My friend is illegal immigrant but has and ID can ge travel by plane?

He has a military dependant ID from his wife that is in the Air Force.
Can he travel to see her by plane?

He is going from one state to the other.. not flying out of the country.. kansas to florida.

Yes, he ABSOLUTELY CAN as long as he has some sort of governmental approved ID that proves identity together with a picture/photo.

It's best he doesn't. If he gets caught traveling illegally he will be put away for a long time.
