First, they are Illegal Aliens, they are not even supposed to be in this country. Technically they are not in this country. Records in their country of origin prove that they never left that country. And there are no records showing that they legally entered this country. They have no legal status.

To attain legal residence, their best bet is to go back to their country of origin and attempt to legally enter this country.

these people are criminals and you are aiding and abetting an illegal which carries a fine of $250,000 and 5 years in jail. the only way they can apply legally is to return to where they belong and apply, there is no getting around it. It is disgusting that illegals can own anything in this country, hopefully when they are finally caught, it will all be confiscated as it should be!!!

They apply for legal citizenship and go through the process properly...They might be great people but they are criminals as they are living now...If it was just a few good guys here and there that would be different but multiply your scenerio by millions and America starts to suffer...You and me and every other US citizen with constitutional rights suffer. well in almost every part of the world there are people who have cars,houses,driver permits,bank accounts etc. but still they are living illegally since ages long.
anyways some people i know got legal status cause they went to see the right lawyers that helped them , believe me a brilliant lawyer can do almost anything.
