hi i would like to know what are the steps that WE need to go true in place for me to be able to become a us citizen.
i live in xalapa, veracruz.
what papers does she need?
or where we need to go ?
we being togheter 1 year and 3 months

Marrying a US Citizen does not make you a US citizen. You must earn it like every other (legal) immigrant.
After marriage, your spouse must go back to the US without you and start the petition process for your spouse visa. It takes about 6 months or so to process. After that, they will send her petition to the US Embassy closest to your location in your country. That is where they will interview you. If you pass, you will be issued a visa to enter the US. You adjust your status as a permanent resident. After 3 years, you may apply to become a US citizen. |

Jesus has my soul is right. They will also ask for proof of your relationship. Letters/e-mails that sort of thing. Many people use to marry to become citizens so they made the laws tougher. And before you become a us citizen you will have to become a legal immigrant too. |

No, you will not make it legal for you to come to the U.S.
You would have to become a legal immigrant before you could ever become a citizen. Many people here got married for citizenship, so they made much tougher laws. |

go to the american embassy in mexico to find out, she can not bring you back even if you are married, especially if you are not already in the US |

She needs to apply for a FIANCE Visa if it is approval you could travel to US and get married with her.
Next step is the Permanent Residence Card.
Both need to keep records of your relationship in the last year, be sure to keep phone bills, photos, e-mail conversations, witnesses, etc..
