My grand fathers gifts his entire ancestral property to my uncle.gift is valid or void?

we r living in a muslim joint family my grand father gifts his entire property including ancestral and including house in which we r living jointly gifts to my uncle.gift is valid according to shariyat or i can challange that gift.

if it has been done with all the legal proceedings then its valid. but i think your mother/father has the right to challenge it. you need to discuss it with a lawyer. laws are different in various countries anyway

If the gift is is a bond then it can't be, but you should check that it was done legally and not spoken. You can contest this. Is your father around to support you in the challenge as he will have to

I don't know about shariat , If we talk about Indian law it is illegal gift or will. If your grand father has create this property by his hard work then you can not challenge this. Means If this property was created by the father or grand father of your grand father then this will or gift is illegal.

May be legally this is a valid gift but morally , Ur grandfather should not gift it to uncle, bcoz all the family has an equal right on the joint property..
The rest may depend upon the choice of Grandfather..
