My husband has Canada PR . how long does it take to get Canada Skilled Worker Visa?

If this is for you and not your husband, your husband can sponsor you.

If he already has a PR (permanent resident card) then he does not need a skilled worker visa, he can go ahead and live in Canada and would be eligible for itizenship after 3 years of living there.

he does ot need to get the skilled worker visa - he is already living in Canada.

If you are the spouse then you must apply under the family visa NOT as a skilled worker. (see link below)

Was he married to you before he immigrated to Canada?
If yes then you may have trouble because he should have added you to the application.

If he married you after he became a PR then you are ok.
