My husband used me to get his greencard, now how do I stop it?

He is abusive and he needs to go back to Jamaica! I will not help him get legal. I want out of the marriage! I have wrote a seven page detailed letter to immigration. Now I am asking what do I do and does anyone know where to send it too.

Does anyone know after I send the letter off, how long it will be until he is taken care of?

Divorce is your best answer and the right thing to do too.

Don't stay married to anyone who is abusive - his immigration status is not an issue with this part.

Then notify his immigration caseworker about the pending divorce. Once he is gone from this country you won't have to worry about him bothering you again.
