i'm in the same situation so far i've only found the C.A.T.form that can be used but its a roll of the dice its the convention against torture , its if they are of afraid of being killed or tortured if they returnto their homeland which if its mexico it could be a possibility because of all the drug crimes going on down there . and for all of you that say adios if were your spouse youd think different the children are the ones that this hurts my 8 year old daughter cries for her daddy she luvs him just the same as others luv their family everybody makes mistakes why should they pay for the rest of their life reguardless of what country they come from? |

I am married to an illegal immigrant he got pulled over for no license and still got deported the immigration judge knew we were married because of the computer but still they deported him there is nothing u can do except pay thousands of dollars for his immigration bond to get get him out of immigration custody i didn't have that kind of money so I lost my husband . Best of luck to u and ur husband i hope u don't lose yours like i lost mine. |
