My lawyer only got my green card welcome notice but i didnt receive one?

Is that normal? Well my lawyer got the notice feb 5 th how long usually does it take for me to get my green card in the mail?

Has USCIS been instructed to mail all communications to your attorney's address? Some do this in order to make sure they get paid.
